## El agente responde algo incorrecto

* Revisa que la fuente de conocimiento esté lista.
* Busca información contradictoria o desactualizada.
* Aclara el comportamiento en el prompt o en un escenario.
* Prueba nuevamente con una pregunta concreta.

## El agente no usa una herramienta

* Revisa cuándo debe usarla.
* Explica cuándo no debe usarla.
* Confirma que los datos obligatorios estén disponibles.
* Prueba la integración desde el panel.
* Comprueba que el sistema externo esté respondiendo.

## El canal no responde

* Verifica que el agente esté activo.
* Revisa el número o dominio conectado.
* Confirma que el canal esté publicado.
* Comprueba que el plan permita la función.
* Reintenta después de revisar el estado del servicio.
