# Checklist de publicación

Antes de activar un agente, confirma lo siguiente:

* [ ] El nombre y el saludo representan correctamente a la empresa.
* [ ] El tipo de agente corresponde a su objetivo principal.
* [ ] La información de conocimiento está actualizada.
* [ ] Las preguntas fuera de alcance tienen una respuesta segura.
* [ ] Las reglas de escalamiento están claras.
* [ ] Las herramientas fueron probadas con éxito y con errores.
* [ ] WhatsApp o webchat usan el agente correcto.
* [ ] Los dominios autorizados son dominios controlados por la empresa.
* [ ] No existen secretos ni datos personales innecesarios en prompts o documentos.
* [ ] Se probó el flujo completo con datos de prueba.

Después de publicar, revisa conversaciones reales y actualiza la configuración cuando cambien tus productos, horarios o políticas.
