# Configurar el conocimiento

El conocimiento es la información que el agente puede consultar durante una conversación: productos, servicios, horarios, políticas, precios, procesos o preguntas frecuentes.

## Fuentes disponibles

Según las opciones habilitadas en tu cuenta, puedes agregar texto, una URL pública, documentos o fuentes compartidas por tu empresa.

## Recomendaciones

* Escribe datos concretos y actualizados.
* Usa títulos y secciones fáciles de entender.
* Incluye horarios, cobertura, precios y condiciones importantes.
* Separa políticas distintas en documentos separados.
* No subas contraseñas, tokens, datos bancarios o información personal innecesaria.

## Cargar un documento

1. Abre el agente y entra a **Conocimiento**.
2. Selecciona la base correspondiente.
3. Carga el documento o agrega la fuente.
4. Espera a que el estado indique que está listo.
5. Prueba preguntas que deberían responderse con esa fuente.

Los documentos se revisan antes de quedar disponibles para el agente. No se ejecutan como código.

> Si el agente no encuentra una respuesta, no le indiques que invente datos. Añade o corrige la fuente y vuelve a probar.
