# Conectar WhatsApp

## Antes de comenzar

* Ten acceso al número de WhatsApp Business que quieres conectar.
* Confirma que el agente tenga saludo, conocimiento y reglas revisadas.
* Prueba primero el comportamiento desde el playground.

## Configuración

1. Abre el agente desde **Agentes**.
2. Entra a la sección de canales u orquestación.
3. Selecciona el número de WhatsApp disponible.
4. Si hay varios agentes en el mismo número, define el agente predeterminado.
5. Guarda los cambios.
6. Envía un mensaje de prueba desde un teléfono autorizado.

## Qué debes comprobar

* El saludo corresponde al agente correcto.
* El agente usa la información del negocio.
* Las preguntas fuera de alcance reciben una respuesta segura.
* Los casos que requieren una persona se escalan correctamente.
* No se muestran datos de otro cliente.
