# Comportamiento, escenarios y herramientas

## Comportamiento

Define el tono, saludo, mensaje de fallback, límites y reglas generales. Estas instrucciones describen cómo debe actuar el agente en la mayoría de las conversaciones.

## Escenarios

Un escenario indica qué hacer ante una situación concreta:

* **Cuándo aplica**: describe la situación en lenguaje natural.
* **Qué debe hacer**: indica la respuesta o acción esperada.

Usa escenarios para excepciones o reglas puntuales. Si necesitas varias preguntas encadenadas, utiliza un flujo cuando esa opción esté disponible.

## Herramientas

Las herramientas permiten conectar servicios o ejecutar acciones, por ejemplo consultar disponibilidad, crear un registro o enviar información a un sistema externo.

Antes de activar una herramienta:

* Define claramente cuándo debe usarse.
* Indica cuándo no debe usarse.
* Pide solo los datos necesarios.
* Prueba respuestas exitosas y errores.
* No incluyas secretos en instrucciones visibles.
